Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Guidestone Systems website and any enquiries made through it.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Guidestone Systems ("Guidestone Systems", "we", "us" or "our").

Guidestone Systems provides database reactivation, lead re-engagement, appointment generation and related marketing automation services to businesses.

For the purposes of these Terms, "you" or "your" means any person or organisation accessing or using our website.

2. Business-to-Business Services

Our services are intended primarily for businesses and organisations.

Information on this website is provided for general information about our services and does not, by itself, create a contract between you and Guidestone Systems.

Where you engage Guidestone Systems to provide services, the specific scope of work, pricing, payment terms, campaign requirements and other commercial terms will be set out in a separate Service Agreement or other written agreement between us.

If there is any conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will take precedence in relation to the services covered by that agreement.

3. Our Services

Guidestone Systems helps businesses reconnect with existing and historic leads through services which may include:

database reactivation campaigns;

SMS-based lead re-engagement;

automated conversations and follow-up;

lead qualification;

appointment generation;

marketing automation; and

related consulting and implementation services.

The exact services provided to each client will depend on the individual agreement entered into with that client.

We may change, add to or discontinue services advertised on our website at any time.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Any examples, estimates, projections, case studies or potential results shown on this website are provided for illustrative purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

The performance of a database reactivation campaign can depend on numerous factors outside our control, including the quality and age of the client's database, previous contact with leads, the client's offer, pricing, sales process, lead responsiveness and the client's ability to follow up and close opportunities.

We therefore do not guarantee any particular number of responses, appointments, sales or amount of revenue unless a specific guarantee is expressly included in a written Service Agreement.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Client Data and Compliance

Where a client provides a database or other personal data to Guidestone Systems for the purpose of providing our services, the handling of that data will be governed by the applicable Service Agreement, Data Processing Agreement and/or Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights and lawful basis to collect, hold and provide the data to us and to instruct us to process that data for the agreed campaign.

The client remains responsible for the legality of the source of its database and for ensuring that its marketing activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Guidestone Systems will process client data only as necessary to provide the agreed services and in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.

6. Website Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry, booking a call or providing your contact details through this website does not oblige either party to enter into a commercial agreement.

We may contact you using the information you provide for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, discussing our services or arranging a meeting.

Our handling of personal information submitted through the website is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Pricing

Any prices, example pricing models or performance-based arrangements displayed on this website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.

The final price and payment structure for our services will be agreed with each client before services begin.

Pricing may include fixed fees, fees per appointment, performance-based fees, revenue-share arrangements or another agreed pricing structure.

The applicable pricing and payment terms will be set out in the relevant Service Agreement or proposal.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

We may suspend, withdraw, change or update any part of the website without notice.

We are not responsible for losses resulting solely from temporary website downtime or technical problems outside our reasonable control.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guidestone Systems will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from your use of, or reliance upon, this website.

In particular, we will not be liable through your use of this website for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, anticipated savings, goodwill or data.

Any liability arising from services actually provided by Guidestone Systems will be governed by the relevant Service Agreement.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 where applicable.

Further information about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Where we process personal data supplied by a client as part of a database reactivation campaign, additional data processing terms may apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our website, services, business practices or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on this website together with the date it was last updated.

Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms are published and will not retrospectively change the terms of an existing signed Service Agreement.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim relating to the use of this website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply.
